Nice video Marc.

I definitely already squat very similar to you In the video. Lighter loads though, for sure.

Squat is one lift were I feel I have decent strength and technique. Now the other two? Whole different story.

Definitely enjoyed that, cheers for sharing.

Nice, thanks.

A front view would be good too, to see foot placement and knee tracking. Maybe also a rear one for where the bar is, and hand placement and elbow position.

Cheers for the feedback! Lots of stuff to work on, might invest in a few cameras so can can edit in other views and maybe a lapel mic.

Channell is called - speedpowerfitness

Also I am going to probably do deadlift next as long as no one else is in the gym when I'm training deadlift!

Some good advice there that i will try myself, mainly the first point about standing tall.

Different camera angles is all i would suggest, always good to see from the front as well as side.
