My quads cramped yesterday doing some crossfit and now they're still dead. They're not fully cramping up but whenever I bend my knees it feels like they're gonna collapse. Any ideas? I've rolled and stretched them and it's not helping

Iv had this before, I think for me they were just not used to a new thing I had started doing. Kind of like getting doms the first few times you train a new movement only you cant walk

This.

My legs were buckling going downstairs on tuesday and couldn't walk properly yesterday after doing sets of 12 on squats having not gone over 5 reps for about a year lol.

If they are still cramping then I would suggest Taurine and Massage to stimulate blood flow.

Other than that, eat plenty and maybe get some walking done, seemed to help me yesterday.
