Quad pain

I have what I think is tendonitis in the outside of both quads mostly located right up at the top just under where the femur comes to tenend of the thigh (hope this makes sense?) and going down the outside.

It doesn't hurt day to day and actually doesn't hurt while squatting but after a set it's quite painful. I squat a lot and can't really avoid it doing oly stuff.

Has anyone had anything similar or know what it might be? I'm sure it'd go if I rest but need to know why it's happened and if I can manage it!

Yeah man ! I torn my quad a few week back .. f**king pieces of s**t legs . I've a lot of internal bleeding but not painfully really compared to some of the snapped up s**t I've had ..


Just squat more !

I do both smalls. Rolling the areas is painful as hell which is to be expected! Afterwards though it doesn't offer any relief Unhappy been trying for a while!

Mark that's the plan at the moment!

I think you should foam roller the origin and insertion of the muscle more and also the antagonistic muscles too so you're groin and hamstrings maybe which is awkward to foam roller but funny to walk in on. There's my 2ps worth
