did some grip training in the day...

didnt realy want to lift but did some chins motivated by Wayne.

bw 32... after 25 they got real hard!

some quasi isometric punches with 6.25k each hand.


20 minutes lower back yoga.

Excellent work!!! I can't get anywhere near that level of reppage. I'm better at weighted ones for lower reps.

My forearms are torched! I hope you can function at 100% grip can freeze for me. Post my training tomorrow. Your work and doing forearm training! Human? Mr. Clean is catching up yeller at a delivery driver too fast kids playing! I felt Dupid my mouth Danny. He tried to be a dip 2 x told him slow kids mean!

the issue being...children are more conserned with numbers than form or tec sir.
