deep stretch yoga 23 minutes.

core:
rocky butt-ups 3 x failure (15 ish)
seated crunches 3 x failure (30-40)
seated twisting crunches 2 x failure (35ish)

Ballistic isometric dips at top interval point (3 sets) x 6 seconds.

push ballistic isometric single point 3 sets x 6 seconds

50 minutes light circits with magnus mainly static and form, throw and kick practice.

will do 20 minutes deep stretch yoga later..

yesterday, did 45 minutes MMA class inc nunchuckers, came second in a nunchucker race around 10 points legs and wast and shoulder. practice, practice practice sir...
