Today did 30 minute sore muscle stretch.

was going to do light chest/shoulders and traps but decided... if knackered out then best take a day off...and ive been thinking, Ive gone from 2 to 4 days weights so should be able to take the odd day off if feeling fucteigued Wink

Routines provide structure...but beware I think, they can also become personal prisons.

Structure is overrated when you pull the bow you aim the arrow. It’s the feeling that scores the wind speaks. Like today I am sitting herewith the farmers beans doin sets when I want to. Seems the only way was to start at chapter one and revise!
