today 20 mins of yoga stretch focusing in on my problem hips and hamstrings.

I do declare I am getting a bit more stretchy...and springy if that's a thing.

kicks and forms about 10 minutes. then will have a walk..but wont tell how long or the Stasi might pay me a visit Roll-Eyes
