Drink that water sir! I remember trying to stand security when my back was trying to make my eyes watery. Hope your better today. Benching in a cold room the other day felt like left tricep and elbow was going to flip over. Racked it lucky me. We are old! Odd stuff makes no logical sense

stretching...taken up stretching..after work and before and after training

training 2-3 times week currently
no more than 40 mins and no less than 30 sets
NO compound lifts
no sets under 10 reps.

had no spasums since but still afeared of them big compound moves...

will carry on stretching and training in the 10-15 rep range until xmass at least.

Been enjoying training without direction and chilling Danny. Let it heal or subside.its like you told me to back off but I got hurt instead. Been cramping feet. Painfull stuff I can relate.

despite my rapid traditional weight gain: told i looked well by 2 separate peoples.

the most weight gained over xmass was 20lbs. this year ive already done that therfore, I am keeping xmass well and feasting and making merry.

Drinking Badger flyer ginger infused beer ad about to eat a slow cooked giant lamb curry with cream and cashew and almond powder that i just ground up. coming for tea???
