My arm looked skinny until I read how much you hammer curl. I am buff brothe, but not quite as buff as you.
Was in Columbus getting more equipment today. My buddy makes some equipment for the Arnold. His stuff is perfectly made. I wish I could take you to the Arnold.

I am working slowly getting lighter and getting stronger. This is a key element. My standard was to lose 25 pounds in a matter of weeks. My overhead post seememed like a lie. I would get in there mostly log Press then clean it and the traditional 85-90% no lock out
Set it down same result last ditch efforirt poooop show the cut the throat sign. Got burn then turned. Sometimes it goes up but spongebob legs. Wahhhh

Just do it for grip work and to even out years of uneven trap development from mixed grip work...
