Good one. Sometimes I want to stay home and not travel to train. When I call then they back out first. I then say darn I would of liked to train with you. Dude worked 12 hour shift late last night and said he was in for early trauningcyuck. He called this morning to cancel. He called back an hour later to train. I was busy. :-)

150 x 2 stopped at 2 because hip a bit tight and still treading with caution I would have liked 160 x 3 but lets go slow.

The goat cannot see up! His strongpoint is his rectangular pupils with a much wider range of vision which is a270 degrees and smell and hearing on alert brain function which are superb. I like that Danny. Sneaking up on him Fun. He is a cool pet. Is a training partner a compititor or a training partner when training? Exact thoughts he canceled first. What you weighing lately?
