Deads DOH 70 x 8 100 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 5 felt good actually belt 160 x 2 stopped at 2 because I hadn't judged how lack of deads would have me seeing stars at such a light weight...next time Seated weighted crunches: 5k x 10 5k x 10 10k x 8 10k x 8 light hammers: 15 x 10 17.5 x 10 17.5 x 10 22.5 x 10 | ||
