left gym and now doing painkillers lat is tight but hopefully not about to go into spasm...need to be fit to work tomorrow, in charge and a big flank to build ffs.


My lat went into spasm about a year ago had to get picked up from the pub by my mum and dad. Was walking like an 80 year old man and hopped up on tramadol, f**ked me for a couple of days and then got acupuncture down the physio. She stuck a needle under my armpit and i was brand new again.

Soon you can not use your legs and walk using your hands. The only problem with this for you may be constantly washing your hands. Me, my arms hang loosely and elbow disconnects once stressed. You aminal beast you!

All in the levers and tendons I expect...training arms cramp twins visit other boodyparts to often this year hopefully back and legs when I get myself reconnected I will have some power back

no pain...and you are right of course. reps in the 400 range is what is needed.

4.5 hours in the doctors office today worked all day in the rain. Had chills. Benched and squatted yesterday. I’m tapping out today
