Tight as buggery basically but think it may be my neck causing the issues and pulling my right delts, trap and lat tight making it feel that it's a shoulder issue

Volume is what's needed currently; just having a few weeks of that then I'll do a 4 week routine of 5 x 5's to aim for some new 1RM's Happy

Sore lol

I takes a few working sets for it to go numb/come to life so just going to grin & bear it...

Think it's scar tissue TBH so will just work through it for now Happy

The dumbbells felt strong; the seated press is a frame so unfortunately it's not 120kg in the hands. I'd say more 90-95kg but it's something I use every so often when I've knackered myself haha...

Will do some seated oly bar presses next week in the power cube so that'll be the proper test!
