Sore lol I takes a few working sets for it to go numb/come to life so just going to grin & bear it... Think it's scar tissue TBH so will just work through it for now ![]() The dumbbells felt strong; the seated press is a frame so unfortunately it's not 120kg in the hands. I'd say more 90-95kg but it's something I use every so often when I've knackered myself haha... Will do some seated oly bar presses next week in the power cube so that'll be the proper test! | ||
