Will have to see pal as I've a lot of client meets lined up to drop wines off etc as it's Christmas and they all finish on 20th

Training will be all over the show and up at REPS as well I think as SAS bars/dumbbells are getting on my nerves!

It was done in an hour & 15mins

Eek

I was wringing with sweat lol

Backs eased right off thank god; shoulders an injury I've had before but think cos I'm knackered and ready for a break and be pushed it a little doing different exercises over the last few weeks it's come to haunt me!

It'll be cured by lots of beer, wine & bourbon over the next 2 weeks Grin

Gonna train Monday & Tuesday next week and that'll be me done for 2013!

Good first session back mate, maybe once you get back into it your shoulder won't be to bad or you should maybe get it checked

Cheers Sir

In to see osteo next week so hopefully that'll help etc...

Legs this afternoon then shoulders and arms tomorrow...

A busy 3 days Grin

My routine will be, as from Mon 06th Jan until I change it again for a refresh:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday with gym training and Saturday mornings will be heavy leg presses; log pressing, tyre flips, chin ups and probably some heavy chest dumbbell work
