They're rubber bells on rubber matting so if you struggle you can dump em!

When youre back fat-lad I'll come and watch you press em Wink

I don't 'dump' dumbbells; show them respect and stand back up with them and put them back Grin

They're falling apart anyways because of muppets that do dump them (matting there is thin)!!!

Wednesday 27th Nov:

Back:

Pull-ups (straight box section grip):

10 x body weight (warm up)

Low handled hammer rows:

20 x 40kg
15 x 80kg
12 x 120kg

Dumbbell rows:

15 x 40kg
10 x 50kg
8 x 57.5kg

Seated rows (non-stop drop set):

15 x full stack (100kg)
12 x 80kg
12 x 60kg

Legs:

Leg press:

30 x 100kg inc 10 single legged with each leg (warm up)
20 x 200kg
8 x 14 at 300kg (knees and hips in agony after these)

300kg tyre flips:

4 x 6

Atlas stone shouldering:

2 x 3 with 70kg stone
2 x 2 with 90kg stone

Absolutely knackered after this set; did far too much on leg press but they felt good reps so just carried on! R&R flips fairly easy but good conditioning and good to get my technique honed again. Atlas stone shouldering was hard; lower back and legs already blown but were good reps. Only other stone is a 44" 120kg so will leave that one for. While until I get used to handling the stones again Happy

Cheers pal... That's if I can start to be arsed again! Wink

Na; just need some downtime, R&R and then I'll set myself some new goals with strongman stuff mixed in there too!

Will start back with front squats and trap bar deads bit little, if any, back squats and normal deads as I can't be doing with reawakening niggles...!!!

Just a small ligament tear but with not resting (yet) it'll not heal fully... It twinges a lot and sitting is worst!

It'll sort itself when I drink myself daft over Christmas/New Year Grin

It was doing Ben but I'm feeling buggered now so gonna back right off; enjoy christmas and then ease back in come Jan 2014 Happy

The overloading with the SS has helped; just didn't do a lot on Friday as I was knackered and wanted to be in & out ASAP!
