I damaged my hip in the past (trapped nerve) and it doesn't let me forget...

My days of heavy squats and deads are past unfortunately...

Addicted to pressing now Grin

There's that too Grin

Cheeky f**k

Wink

Still hammering the gym 3-4 times a week fat boy!

Yup; split between SAS & Reps. Bars at SAS aren't great but they're good to train on as when you do get to a decent bar they feel light in the hands!

100lbs x 10?

Please... That's just a warm up step Wink

You know how big those big dumbbells are at SAS pal; on my own I just wasnt happy with the way they would have landed on me when lying back (probably across my face)

Will get em pressed next week though; just for you Tongue

Friday 22nd Nov:

Legs:

Leg Press (weight on frame):

20 x 100kg
20 x 200kg
10 x 300kg
8 x 350kg
3 x 8 at 375kg

Leg extensions:

20 x 50kg
4 x 12 at full stack (75kg with 10secs rest between sets)

Shoulders:

Standing dumbbell clean & strict press:

3 x 6 at 40kg

Log press:

8 x 80kg
2 x 3 at 100kg

Just a play about session really. Foots really hurting from broken toes still but been doing a lot of kneeling this week chasing out a trench in the drive so doubt that's helped!

Weekend rest and back at it next week; hopefully gonna get some work in on the atlas stones and maybe some deads/rack pulls if back/foot are up to it!

Sooooooooooooooooooo gay! Pete has no chance of retaining his gayest gayer title!

They're rubber bells on rubber matting so if you struggle you can dump em!
