Shut it fat lad ![]() I have to back off pal or I'm gonna be buggered with both shoulders being out of action! Not good!!! I'm working on the squats in reverse order; will keep hammering the Anderson squats and drop the pins lower every fortnight Other than training legs heavy everything else just needs to stay lighter than normal for a good few months to aid recovery and need to shed some blubber too! ![]() | ||

SLDL's: 5 x 10 with 100kg Calf presses on ISO leg press: 5 x 10 with 200kg on frame Standing calf extensions: 4 x 10 with 120kg 15mins cardio HIIT | ||
