Dont forget the tan with your new routine lol Grin

Na; doc appointment got cancelled on me by them & haven't bothered to call back as been manic with work...

It's feeling a lot better; hurts less when I don't lock out fully on every rep so really turning into a body builder now... All reps still full depth; just keeping the muscles under tension on everything Grin

Will keep doing this until I'm confident to do heavier weights Happy

Shut it fat lad Wink

I have to back off pal or I'm gonna be buggered with both shoulders being out of action! Not good!!!

I'm working on the squats in reverse order; will keep hammering the Anderson squats and drop the pins lower every fortnight

Other than training legs heavy everything else just needs to stay lighter than normal for a good few months to aid recovery and need to shed some blubber too! Grin

2/3 my height roughly (a littler lower I think as pins in powercube are spaced apart quite wide)

Well when I got home I had to crawl up the stairs and have a bath as my calves were cramping as we're my quads lol

Had to get the wife to take me out for tea! 20oz T Bone has made me feel better Grin

I love that height, very powerful. Stairs are going to be scary for a few days.

Yup ; they felt great especially with no belt on either.

I'll do these for another few weeks and will then drop the pins another 6inches and start again & will keep doing them until I'm more or less at the bottom position of my normal squats ( ie. ass on floor lol) Grin
