Wondering if I've re-torn the tear in my supraspinatus or whether it's just impinged a nerve again I'm getting a referral from my GP to see a specialist as my Osteo cant really do much more now but will still see him as my left shoulder/neck are sore through them overcompensating etc... I think it's through training too with not resting it so will train this afternoon; see how that goes and if still pissing me off I'll take the rest of the week off and get back to training next Tuesday!
