TKing time off for recovery just isn't in me BUT I have done it and will do if absolutely necessary!

I'm learning to live with the pain; not ideal but it isn't constant!

Nice push pressing. Thats a lot of weight considering your shoulder issues.

Not too bad to be honest; it's been sore the last few days but I'm beginning to realise that it's deffo heavy benching that's causing the main niggles so really need to do my best and lay off it for a while.

Fortunately incline bench and dumbbells don't seem to bother it!

The double at 130kg felt brill; I was properly bent over on the last rep, felt like more of a standing bench press haha Grin

The 90° dumbbells pressing were a good change; felt easy enough so kept em light'ish and hammered out the reps!

Thanks; OH pressing doesn't cause issues like flat bench does... Still hurts though haha

i agree with you there benching causes all my problems, is your new grip not helping with the shoulder ?

Iv read that neutral grip on dumbells can take the pressure off your shoulders so im going to give that a go.

The narrower grip has eased the niggle but it's still there... Although I haven't noticed issues with NG benching for triceps training etc...

When you say neutral grip on dumbbells; what do you mean?
