10 x 140kg
6 x 150kg
4 x 160kg

Sling-shot on:

8 x 180kg

Shoulder really hurt after these so left them be

Flat bench dumbbell press:

15 x 92lbs
8 x 115lbs
3 x 8 with 136lbs

Incline bench:

10 x 60kg
10 x 100kg
3 x 6 with 120kg

Pec deck:

18 x 170lbs (10 secs rest)
12 x 170lbs (as above)
9 x 170lbs (as above)

Triceps:

NG pushdowns (drop set):

18 x 160lbs
12 x 140lbs
8 x 120lbs
9 x 100lbs

Hammer strength seated tricep/dip machine:

10 x 70kg (10 secs rest)
9 x 70kg (as above)
7 x 70kg (as above)

Awesome pressing mate your really starting to gain some momentum with your pressing at the minute, can see some big numbers in the not so distant future.

Yeah pretty happy with it currently but as I'm typing I'm in bloody agony so just necked some paramol & ibuprofen Unhappy

Just seems to appear out of nowhere and catch me out; benching was going great but when I'd stopped it really started to thump!

However heavy dumbbells cause no issues and neither does incline; just flat bench!

Will just play each week as it comes but I'm certainly feeling the benefit of using the sling-shot more and properly. Got my line right it it now so repping with 140kg + is feeling much better Happy

Absolutely but if/when it'll happen I've no idea...

Just gonna keep doing what I'm doing currently and see what comes of it all! Happy

Triceps are killing me!

Right shoulder I've had issues with since 2012 when I tore the rotator cuff but currently I've had a slight tear to the long-head bicep tendon which effects the shoulder cradle from one side and a slight tear to the supraspinatus which pulls it from the other side

So basically my shoulders bloody agony!

It only really seems to be oly bar pressing that hurts it the most on either flat bench or over-head strict pressing

Everything else doesnt seem too bad

That doesn't sound great. I had shoulder impingement in 2012; issues with supraspinatus causing instability of the gleno-humeral joint and that sucked ass, can't imagine how much of a s**tter tears can be. I'm surprised you load it so much given the condition, but then again, I did nothing apart from rehab on mine for 3-4months and that was mental torture! Hope it heals up soon bud.

I just can't help myself lifting heavy... I think that's my main issue..

TKing time off for recovery just isn't in me BUT I have done it and will do if absolutely necessary!

I'm learning to live with the pain; not ideal but it isn't constant!
