Yeah I reckon I'd be more chuffed with a 180kg reverse grip bench than a 200kg paused... (well; almost as chuffed) lol Grin

Well some folk call them french presses (unsure why as the bar never runs away like the french do)! Wink

I just dont do them a lot but fancied doing them for a change; certainly make the triceps tight! Eek

Friday 28th Feb 2014:

Legs:

Hack squats (warm ups along with lots of stretching):

3 x 20 with 40kg

Leg press:

10 x 200kg
10 x 200kg
8 x 10 with 300kg

ISO leg press (weird contraption):

One of these:

[IMG]http://i12.photobucket.com/albums/a226/danbutterworth/file_1_1...

10 x 200kg
10 x 300kg
10 x 400kg
8 x 500kg

Daft machine really as it allows you to shift hell of a lot more weight than you could do on a leg press; only used it as its new to the gym but not very comfy for fat lads so will leave it be...

SLDL's:

8 x 8 with 110kg

Leg extensions (drop-set):

10 x 100lbs
10 x 80lbs
10 x 60lbs
8 x 40lbs
