Wring angle of press = pure fcuking agony! ![]() Good session tonight; I was gonna have a go with 125kg but decided against it as shoulder was starting to thump! SLDL's: 8 x 8 with 110kg Leg extensions (drop-set): 10 x 100lbs 10 x 80lbs 10 x 60lbs 8 x 40lbs | ||
