Found it challenging to get the bag off the floor. Once cradled in arms or over shoulder I was running with it quickly. Need more sand now. | ||

Is it reasonably easy for you to get regular training in nowadays? Will keep an eye out for the forms for that GPBPCwhatsit comp in Aug. Sounds like Funky is interested too. We could even try to fit in a pre-comp session at Genesis to relive some old times. | ||

I have just trained right now after work. Only did one exercise and kept the volume down as I have another shift tomorrow. I should be training a bit more regularly sometimes I am lazy and the weekends antics always have an impact. The most recent weekend was quite nefarious and enlightening Haha, I stopped caring about what other people think of my lifting and training is way more efficient now. Let's do it soon and get Yaman involved as well. Strongman training at Genesis would be preferential.
