Hi Buzz,

Having said that I would rather be sure that I am going to get my goods !

Really i was looking for a deadlift suit. Never used one before so very unsure about fit etc but if you could do one for round about that kind of money would be interested mate. Happy Wink

Seriously get yourself a strengthshop uk belt.they're the bollox.already feel broken in and ready to go unlike an inzer belt which is stiff as f**k.

If you're a beginner then the best ones are the ones you can afford, and probably second hand

If you plan on competing then what federation you compete in makes a difference

Can't go wrong with titan kit though, the superior suit can be picked up cheap as chips and while it won't give as much carry over as a super centurion its a good suit to start to learn in

First bench shirt I used was a titan fury, and imo that was a good shirt to start with, I'd def never suggest going straight into a super katana

As for wraps that's a personal thing I think, I've always used thps but hear the titaniums are pretty good too

Just a quick bump to see if anyone ended up using Goodlift, the Czech outfit. I'm only after briefs or a single ply suit to use straps down for protecting my hips when doing box squats and don't want to break the bank.

i want to order some socks from goodlift as they're only 5eu a pop but he wants to charge 15eu flat rate shipping no matter what to encourage bigger orders.

buying the mrs some titan gear for her birthday so will update the thread in more detail then, but as far as communication goes, they're very quick to respond and dead polite.

The BarLoaded Strength Sports store are introducing a new range of 13mm IPF approved powerlifting lever belts to the UK, these are made by Iron Tanks in Australia and feature the strongest and heaviest lever buckle on the market (their words), with a construction and quality comparable to that of the Inzer belt. Stock should be available in 2-3 weeks.

A deal has also been made with Metal and initially we will be bringing in a range wrist wraps, IPF approved 13mm single prong belts, socks, singlets, lifting straps and t-shirts, again stock will be available 2-3 weeks from now. We may also stock squat suits/briefs, bench shirts and deadlift suits if there is sufficient demand but these are only IPF approved until the end of 2015.

In mean time to make room for this new stock we have the non IPF approved Schiek Power Lever belts reduced to £56, with free postage and a 10% new customer discount (NEW10) these are the cheapest in the UK, limited stocks left!
