Does f*ck all for SugdenBarbell.co.uk Member 1, 7173 posts SQ 182.5, BP 110, DL 205 497.5 kgs @ 107kgs UnEq Administrator	Yea it's good mate, he pulled 500kg from just above the knees, did a 160 power clean with 3 push presses, 650lb x 10 beltless deadlift or something crazy like that, 240x2 front squat and a lot more. It laid out all his routines, his deadlift and squat cycle (with built in periodization and deloads). The only complaint was the sound and video quality, I would have also liked him to explain his mental approach to the deadlift. Overall it was a good watch though for sure.
