This took 10 mins Comments: muscle pump wasn’t too bad, lungs where hurting by the end though. | ||

A)kneeling jump into jump for height 5x3 B)med ball throw for height (keg toss style) 6kg 4x3 C)”hill sprints” (hill was more like slight elevation this time) 8x1 - EMOM - was conscious of snapping my s**t so just went like 70% ish.
