Had some bruising come out on the pec. ROM doesn’t seem to be compromised that much.

yesterday went for a walk for an hour.

Did some random warm ups because wasn’t really sure what to do. leg swings, forward/backward hops, high knees then:

stair “sprints”
10 runs rest was walking back down. This took 10 mins

Comments: muscle pump wasn’t too bad, lungs where hurting by the end though.

went through some warm ups I found on YouTube. 20mins.

C)”hill sprints” (hill was more like slight elevation this time)
8x1 - EMOM - was conscious of snapping my s**t so just went like 70% ish.
