LOG: 50x5 70x5 80x3 90x3 100x3 110x2 (pb) 115x2fails 115x2fails Got close with the 115 just need to work at it abit more. Yoke: 70x20m 150x20m 230x20m 310x10m FW HOLD: 110's x47sec which is really good for me usually lucky to go over 20secs in grip events Stones: 90fail whacked myself in the face trying to load it to a high platform 90x1 to the shoulder to get it on the high platform. stone run: 80, 90, 110, 130fail Couldn't get a good hold of it, too slippy. 130x1, 150fail 150x2fails Highest I got it was to my knees but couldn't lap it, need to work on stones more! Thanks to the guys at Dumbarton for a great events day, some massive weights being shifted by them | ||

Thanks Brian, Think the main thing with me is that I need to increase my gym strength which in turn improves my event training(without doing events much). Right now I'm making good progress on both gym and event training which is good as my training most of this year has been pretty crap, also find that improving on events makes me stronger in the gym. | ||
