Solid session there Stephen! f**k knows how you manage to make progres like that on the events when you have been training them so little! Eek Your 'weaker' events seem to be picking up eh, will see you moving up the placings on comps next year for sure man!

ill tell hyou how he made progress on his events cause he came to dumbarton land of the viking which motivates people into greatness !!!!

also stephen i could not help but notice that failed to metion that you split the arse right out your track suit
this clearly shows within a matter of hours dumbarton made his legs and glutes bigger to the point of incredible hulk like clothes splitting

i hope you had a good session mate
day flew in and had to run about to put gym back to normal

good session there mate.

Whats your Plan - what comps are you thinking of nailing next year?

Cheers Joni. On the powerlifting front just going to do the open, districts, seniors also the celtics or 4nations if I get invited and if I manage a british qualifying total in the 90's I'll head down for that aswell.
As for strongman I've still got the crack pipe idea of giving the Scottish qualifier ago floating around in my head but I'll see how I'm doing closer to the time. Also would like to do the scottish team comp(it will depend on entry requirements)and the scottish u105's aswell as possibly the uk's scottish qualifier again.
I'll need to see how the different comps clash date wise as looking at it now I've typed it, it would be alot to fit in.Roll-Eyes
