The last time I ran or better yet a slow interpretation of a jog 5 miles was several years ago. I was having a bad day and said I will run around the running trail at a local park and wonít stop til the end. At times I was lucid and losing it but I made it and vomited in the lake. I then realized its time to get a wake up call. Form is crucial. Hope Iímnot intruding but the 5 mile thing thing brought back memories and it is not easy.
