Squats 130kg x 5 (couldnt face to do 132.5kg) 130kg x 5 130kg x 5 100kg x 5 ( long pauses) Power Cleans 77.5kg x 2 (too heavy, ****!) 75kg x 3 75kg x 3 75kg x 3 75kg x 3 OHP 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 3 Chin ups 8 8 8 Summary Decent session considering the loaded march, couldn't face the extra 2.5kg on the squats though. Need to sort my power clean form out as they felt terrible though. This will be a task for the weekend. Glad I got all the reps on the OHP though. Nothing further to report. | ||

Squats 132.5kg x 5 132.5kg x 5 132.5kg x 5 132.5kg x 5 Cleans (Re adjusted form) 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 60kg x 3 OHP (Strict) 65kg x 5 65kg x 5 65kg x 5 Chins (Wide arm) 8 6 8 Summary Good CV and an alright weights session. Realised my form for cleans is toatally off so had a reset and going to get it right now. Was pleased with the squats and the OHP felt decent too. Chins fairl weak though. | ||

A good blow out, but horrible holding the press up position "halfway" The Army's favorite. Day 26 of SS Squats 135kg x 5 135kg x 5 135kg x 5 135kg x 2 120kg x 4 (paused) 110kg x 5 (paused) 100kg x 5 (paused) Deadlifts 175kg x 5 (form?) 160kg x 3 160kg x 3 Bench 95kg x 5 95kg x 5 95kg x 5 95kg x 3 Dips BW + 22.5kg x 8 BW + 22.5kg x 8 BW + 22.5kg x 5 BW x 8 BW x 8 Summary Good session, was pleased with the squat results. Hope to hit 135kg again on the next session. Deadlift form needs checking not to sure if my back is rounding, hard to judge it myself. Bench felt decent last rep on the last set was a "grit your teeth" job. Dips were not very good but was pleases with everything else. Not too sure if I will get chance to train next week so maybe my last session for 7 days. | ||

Squats (Oly high bar) 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 Power Cleans (Arms still pulling slightly) 77.5kg x 3 77.5kg x 3 77.5kg x 3 77.5kg x 3 77.5kg x 3 (video is last set 4 reps) OHP 62.5kg x 5 62.5kg x 4 62.5kg x 0 (lol) 55kg x 5 57.5kg x 5 57.5kg x 5 Wide arm Chins BW + 10kg x 6 BW + 10kg x 6 BW + 10kg x 6 BW + 5kg x 6 Summary Hit 140kg on the squats which I am happy with, form felt strong though. Power cleans felt alot easier but forgot to do hook grip on 2 of the reps in the video! Think I am still pulling with the arms slightly though, I usually make a conscious effort to twist the elbows so as to lock the arms but forgot to do that today. OHP was shocking, going to reset to 60kg next session, this just doesn't want to increase at all. Chins felt strong so will add some more reps next session. All in all, happy to finish with that session just before Christmas. Thursday 25th December 2014 (Christmas day) CV Was a real pervert and went and on a 4 mile fast-ish run, was nice to break the day up though. | ||

Saturday 27th December 2014 Squats 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 140kg x 5 120kg x 3(nice long pauses) 120kg x 3(nice long pauses) 100kg x 5 Deadlifts Warmed as usual and got bored so tried the first part of the clean with 100kg which felt ok so hope to hit a 100kg clean next year 2 working sets 167.5kg x 5 167.5kg x 5 Bench 95kg x 5 95kg x 5 95kg x 5 95kg x 3 95kg x 3 80kg x 5 Dips BW + 20kg x 10 BW + 20kg x 8 BW + 20kg x 6 BW + 10kg x 6 Cardio 15 minutes on the bike Prowler pushes Summary Nice litte session, the squats felt decent again and deadlifts felt nice and tight (finally!) Bench was ok so will up the weight next session, but I went a bit gung ho on the dips too early. Finished with 15 mintues on the bike and prowler pushes with a few 20kg plates piled on, was a nice little CV blowout to finish off! Sunday 28th December 2014 Cardio 60 min run Had a few too many jagerbombs last night so took myself out for a nice 60 min run with a few hills and sprints chucked in. Was a nice day to be out running. | ||

Cleans felt brilliant and OHP well, is like an elastic bands in terms of a step forward, two steps back. Chins felt ok and prowler push is a nice way to finish and definitely gets my heart beating. | ||

Yea I really don't know what I could do at the moment, I find it hard to deadlift "to the point of exertion" with keeping my form tight, so my deadlifts have been fairly light so far and just focusing on getting the form right and remembering that "feel" Trying at the moment to get 3-4 runs done a week, varying distances with longest been 8-10 miles preferably 8. My days of running 14 miles on a Friday afternoon before driving home are behind me, for the moment anyway. | ||

Tryed a wider stance with the deadlifts today to see if it helped my back stay straighter, which I think it did. Bench felt amazing, usually my pressing is diabolical but today felt good was very pleased. If anyone could tell me what they think of my deadlifts that would be appreciated! | ||
