Summary
Decent session considering the loaded march, couldn't face the extra 2.5kg on the squats though. Need to sort my power clean form out as they felt terrible though. This will be a task for the weekend. Glad I got all the reps on the OHP though. Nothing further to report.

Summary
Good CV and an alright weights session. Realised my form for cleans is toatally off so had a reset and going to get it right now. Was pleased with the squats and the OHP felt decent too. Chins fairl weak though.

Summary
Good session, was pleased with the squat results. Hope to hit 135kg again on the next session. Deadlift form needs checking not to sure if my back is rounding, hard to judge it myself. Bench felt decent last rep on the last set was a "grit your teeth" job. Dips were not very good but was pleases with everything else. Not too sure if I will get chance to train next week so maybe my last session for 7 days.

Summary
Hit 140kg on the squats which I am happy with, form felt strong though. Power cleans felt alot easier but forgot to do hook grip on 2 of the reps in the video! Think I am still pulling with the arms slightly though, I usually make a conscious effort to twist the elbows so as to lock the arms but forgot to do that today. OHP was shocking, going to reset to 60kg next session, this just doesn't want to increase at all. Chins felt strong so will add some more reps next session. All in all, happy to finish with that session just before Christmas.

Summary
Nice litte session, the squats felt decent again and deadlifts felt nice and tight (finally!) Bench was ok so will up the weight next session, but I went a bit gung ho on the dips too early. Finished with 15 mintues on the bike and prowler pushes with a few 20kg plates piled on, was a nice little CV blowout to finish off!

Summary
Disappointed with the squats but my upper body felt really stiff under the bar today, so going to start incorporating some more mobility work, hope to hit 142.5kg next session. Cleans felt brilliant and OHP well, is like an elastic bands in terms of a step forward, two steps back. Chins felt ok and prowler push is a nice way to finish and definitely gets my heart beating.

Summary
Squats were hard so will keep weight the same next session, deadlifts felt ok but want to video form on 170kg before moving on. The bench felt weak at first but finished feeling fairly strong will see what happens next week with this. Good lung opener on the bike at the end.

surely you should knock out a deadlift PB to see where you are at ?

Yea I really don't know what I could do at the moment, I find it hard to deadlift "to the point of exertion" with keeping my form tight, so my deadlifts have been fairly light so far and just focusing on getting the form right and remembering that "feel"

Trying at the moment to get 3-4 runs done a week, varying distances with longest been 8-10 miles preferably 8. My days of running 14 miles on a Friday afternoon before driving home are behind me, for the moment anyway.

Messed around doing circus dumbell

Summary
Squats were poor again, which is really annoying so hopefully on tuesday they will feel stronger again. Tryed a wider stance with the deadlifts today to see if it helped my back stay straighter, which I think it did. Bench felt amazing, usually my pressing is diabolical but today felt good was very pleased. If anyone could tell me what they think of my deadlifts that would be appreciated!
