Summary

A fairly strong session, my form seems to be alright again so hopefully I will progress on the deads now. Happy with the chins, they felt good. Finished with 12 minutes cardio.

Summary

Summary
Good session although tempo slowed on the squats at the end. Bench felt strong closing the gap to 100kg. Got ar****led last night on cider and threw up everywhere, felt sorry for my GF as my squaddy side definety came out! Have a good weekend!

Summary
Not too pleased to be honest, the bnch was good but found the OHP fairly hard. The dips were stupid and didn't do well on them, siappointed. Went for some light rep squats, very rarley rep squats out so thought I would give it a go, got me puffing, may do that more often.

Summary
Didn't feel good, grip was weak and really didn't want to hold out on the deadlifts. Lowered the weight and focused on some nice slow reps. Rows felt strong and chins didn't feel too bad either. Tyre flips were something new and took it out of me.

Summary
A mixed session, the squats felt good however the last rep on the last set was a real grind but happy I got all the reps. The deadlifts...where do I start? Felt heavy from the start went to go and do 162.5kg but it felt like lifting a ship so dropped it all the way to 150kg which still felt heavy but I did it, next session will start back at 155kg and start building these back up. Was quite shocked at how hard I found them, considering it used to be my better lift, the only thing I can put it down to is my back feeling fatigued after the squats.. But I am trying to get the form spot on for these. Was very happy with the bench and it cancelled out the bad OHP for me earlier in the week, think the dips are helping with this. Finished with a bit of cardio on the treadmill nothing serious. Will appreciate any feedback on the videos.
