Straight leg deadlift 90kg: 3x5 Start off easy and work up. Look forward to hammy soreness Conditioning and stretch | ||

Was gonna call it a day but decided to get reckless. 100. caught it and lost it on the way up 102 (pb) 105. caught it and lost it on the way up 106. missed behind. Makes no sense at all. None of them felt heavy, once i sort out my bottom position 110 can't be too far away. Snatch pull 100:3x3 Back Squat 134: 4x3;1x4 Pullups and stretching | ||
