Judo class. Working seo nagi and tai toshi, don't know spellings. A shoulder throw and a hip throw. Set up and combinations. Really good fun

It's really good Burky. It looks a bit like Greg Everett's place, if that means anything to you. Only trouble is I now live in Prestwich so it's miles away and having to do a load of OT to pay to do up the new gaff, so not there as often as I'd like.
