Log pressing is a b**ch! Good going Pete.

Are you doing a Westside-style routine with all the ME/RE days?

Cheers. Yes, I train with powerlifters but have recently changed a few things to fit in with strongman a bit more.

how are you finding the tabata stuff Pete? Ive been toying with the idea of a tabata session in the morning of training days and train in the evening...think its doable?

Well I've not really done much, not gone Boartastic yet, but I reckon you could get a few sets of tabata done in the morning and then train in the evening. Might as well give it a go anyway.

ME Upper

Chain suspended SSB GMs (starting at bottom)
70kg x10
110kg x3
150kg x1
160kg x2 x1 (very hard)

Shrug frame deadlifts (2" below knees)
(all weights plus frame)
80kg x5
120kg x5
160kg x5
180kg x5
200kg x5

The frame deads are to simulate car deadlifts as closely as I can. Can't load the frame up any heavier than 200kg, which felt ok. Might go from 4" below knee next time.
