Only up to 40kg on the squats Mike! Embarrasing lol as for the standing strict Dumbell.... LEGENDARY!!

Yes but you werent training for maximum weight buddy do log it for what it was, lots of reps too

Having an inferior patella tendon (patella ligament) injury is a tough card to have but with any luck it will disappear in time

I will do standing strict log far too often I think next week
