Member 1830, 404 posts | iv never tryed them held like that. have you tried with bar across uppercheast an delts with your arms cross gripping the bar, not harsh on the wrists | ||

Tried it again last night and it felt really good, think a coule of sessions getting used to the new gri and I will easily break my PB on it. The oly grip is definately better if you can do it | ||
