Numbers are looking pretty strong. Any competition plans? When might you deadlift from the floor or do some log pressing next?

lolz dont know exactly but fairly heavy, 42g's and big fat arse on her. I don't like skin an bones, not attractive to me an would break them plus like something to grab/curves so suits me fine.

Yep, northern qualifier for englands and uk's next year, just trying get my weight up and gym strength up at mo. Log will do later in year for the bet i have on but deadlift off the floor only if is annouced as event for northerns. Tends to always be 350kg 18" for reps an i weak in that (is right around where am doing rack pulls from) so plan is just focusing on doing deads from there till its strong enough.

Stupidly sore in upper back right side where i got massage, felt my upper back muscles way more in rack pulls than have been and held position better. Think that why was so much stronger, was really knotted up.

I dont do regular bench due to it f**king my shoulders up, do either close grip or reverse grip and only done rep work for ages. Bench in past was 160kg paused close grip. Worked up to 140kg plate weight for 10 reverse grip on smith when was using that and now just did easy 30 reps with 100kg on barbell last session which was first time back training it. Plan to build to 50 reps but most not locked as like constant tension and to save joints, only do small rom over hardest part of the lift with high reps unless it gets hard an need rest at top. Will start doing some heavier benching with slingshot as well, probably starting tomorrow.

Yeah, got long everything, long arms, long back, long legs, also got wide shoulder and narrow hip structure. Have especially long forearms so elbows are damn near at hip level when in shoulder press start position, think that why i so naturally weak at any kind of pressing.

Reverse grip bench
- to 100kg x 31PB

Standing press
- 80kg x ? Then drop

Hammer strength chest press
- 80kg x 40

Hammer strength shoulder press
- 80kg x 30

Dumbbell laterals
- x s**t load

Pushdowns
- x s**t load

Rotator cuff

Beat up so just did one more than last time then got a pump

- 3 x reps each leg

Grippers

Savage close
- to #3 x 6 right / 4 left
- #3 x 6 right / 3 left

Wide ccs width
- hard #3.5 x 2mm miss left

Savage close (double clicks)
- #2.5 x 5 right / 4 left

Single leg calf raise superset calf raise
- x 20/20 and 20

Extensors
- x failure

Seated calf raise
- x 20

Got forearm massage earlier. Right was extremely bound up so was bit weaker from it but it made left strongest its ever been. Could have certed #3.5 left today for sure.

Found something to do pinch with, used a load of laminate flooring together, very slippery. Did big drop set hold - thumb pads full of blood.

Still raw sore from forearm/bicep part of massage, sore from just light touching.

Below knee rack pull
- to 260kg x 12 PB

Shrugs
- 180kg x 15

Lying leg curls superset t-bar wide rows x 2 sets

Again same thing, all reps on rack pulls but the last just getting the bar moving. Had 3-4 more in me.
