I was drinking pretty heavily back in those days so I am pretty surprised that memory still exists.

Just watched this was a heavy comp. 175 farmers. Anyone know any comp with heavier??

Pretty sure this year midlands u105 and u90 naturals southern comps both had front squat for reps.

Im also questioning my front squat style now...Unhappy
I certainly dont do ass to heals. For max I use belt and sleeves

My max so far since starting training:

Everybody else around me is stressing like f**k over the move and it finally got me stressed last night. Not the move, them. Made me have a cheat meal. Going to be really tough to get down to 100kg by next saturday now but anything under 103 would hit my original goal. Probably a good thing.

How f**kin big was your cheat meal to prevent you losign another 3kg???????? I think you maybe underestimating yourself!

I ate a f**kload of domino's and krispy kreme on monday along with abotu 8 litres of fluid and was nealry 3kg heavier than i was on friday, last night i was back to normal! So unless you ate 8kg of food in one meal i think you'll be fine.

On a more concerning ntoe though if stress makes you eat then its a slippery slope to obeseville and living with family memebers is a stressful thing!

Well my cheat meals are always massive but again, not what i said (please read what i say properly if you are going to comment on it guys), i said will be pretty hard to get to 100kg now but anything under 103 would hit my original goal.

I hardly ever get stressed about anything an doesnt usually make me eat anyways so is not a concern

Again, not read properly as i never said i thought i would. Was weighing around 103.5 before the cheat meal and usually it takes me 4 days to get lower after the cheat so with only 10 days that leaves me with roughly 6 days to lose 3.5-4kg. It's harder.

Guys ! Can you please read and understand Pauls simple logic before commenting !!

You`re funny Paul.

I think people are trying their hardest to understand you, that's why they are in your journal but people are struggling and not just one or two, Everybody .

Do you think maybe you are correct and everyone else are either just plain thick as s**t or at least intellectually inferior to your great mind ?
