Patella Tendon

Anyone had any problem with these, i have recently started having soreness especially double dipping while pressing, had no problems squatting etc, have been doing sets of 30 rep leg extensions before workouts to get them warm and doing hamstring stretches as i know this can relieve the symptoms. Thanks for any advise.

I had patellar tendonitis when I was 14-16 and a triple jump/high jumper.
I used Ibuleve gel and after a few weeks of that plus jumping less, it started getting a little better. Because it flared up so bad before I had it treated though, it took me quite a bit of time to recover fully.

Try some it band stretches or use a foam roller on them
