Not sure how much ca$h you have to play with but if you can stretch it get some heavy chains (15kg a side), the movement squatting with chains as appose to bands is a lot smoother. In my opinion. Bands can be used in a zillion other ways too, I like to use them for cuff, and core work. | ||
