are they worth buying? If so which ones should i get for each of the big three?
i had a look on the net but there s loads of sizes/tensions etc and im not sure
a bit of guidance please.thanks in advance.

Woody bands are considered the kings dude.

Get a set of the red, blue and greens, you wont need heavier. Not sure how much ca$h you have to play with but if you can stretch it get some heavy chains (15kg a side), the movement squatting with chains as appose to bands is a lot smoother. In my opinion.

Bands can be used in a zillion other ways too, I like to use them for cuff, and core work.
