To give you an idea, my pb for seated dumbbell press is 36kg so I'm really having to get my legs to do all the work.

I don't think I have the bicep/forearm strength to sit it on my trap and still get max from the leg drive.

Have you tried sitting on the traps, if you haven't I'd try it because I think you'd actually get more leg drive because the dumbbell will be in contact with you whereas with this technique it's not really supported against your shoulder and it looks like your losing balance as you push.

I'm impressed the way you throw around a 60kg dumbbell considering your bench is 112 (i'm guessing you don't train bench much)

that was a compliment not an insult btw just in case it came across that way

Don't worry mate, I know where my strengths and weaknesses are and didn't thinking you were being rude. Yeah I only train CGBP for the last 6 months.
