Max deadlift - starting at 220 - 3 chosen weights - which will be chosen before the event starts - multiples of 5kg (225, 235,245,etc). If anybody is tied for 1st place then it will become last man standing - straps allowed, no suits. Dumbell reps - 75secs - 60kg'ish - exact weight will be posted tomoz when paint dries hercules pillars - max time Throw for height - around 10kg for height, each competitor will have to throw at every height. last man standing OPENS - 700 TOTAL OR MORE Max log - 3 chosen weights - which will be chosen before the event starts - starting at 100kg - multiples of 5kg (105, 110,115,etc). If anybody is tied for 1st place then it will become last man standing. Opens will begin lifting as soon as the log is heavy enough through the inters. squat reps - 240kg reps, with axle to touch pallets at bottom - wraps allowed, no suits. Max deadlift - starting at 220 - 3 chosen weights - which will be chosen before the event starts - multiples of 5kg (225, 235,245,etc). If anybody is tied for 1st place then it will become last man standing - straps allowed, no suits. Same as log, opens will start lifting as soon as the deadlift reaches a heavy enough weight through the inters. So could you send your cheques to:(£15) Sam Martin 21 Stewart Road Oswestry Shropshire SY11 2HB PLEASE INCLUDE A CLEAR REFERENCE TO WHOM YOU ARE AS IVE HAD CHEQUES THROUGH IN PREVIOUS YEARS AND I DONT HAVE A CLUE WHO THERE OFF. This will be first come first serve, so if you dont get your fees in ASAP you proberly wont be able to compete, that goes especially for the inters! I will be capping the inters at 20 and the opens at 10. If you have not paid your fee your spot in the comp will NOT be saved no matter how early you put your name down, as people tend not to turn up on the day and its a pain in the arse. p.s. posting up the weights for the opens now p.p.s. edited first post to include opens and inters weights | ||
