210 for fail, well I was going to do 10, but then the thought of the effort required made me stop after about an inch of the first rep

Sat I went to the gym and faffed about, power cleaned 125 the best I ever have, but failed 127.5 twice, combination of tiredness and it feels a bit of a bogie weight

Then proceeded to drink all day, got in at 1am this morning

At some point told a mate I think I can bench 180 any day of the week

Woke up this morning and decided to see if I was full of s**t or not

Bench, no hand off, no spot (safety rack), tng
60kg for 10
80kg for 2
100kg for 2
120kg for 2
140kg for 1
160kg for 1
170kg for 1
180kg for 1, best rep of the day, straight as an arrow, no grinding, more there

Full body machine stuff

Chins, different grips

Didn't get home from work till after midnight, and didn't eat most of the day, so a bit lacking today

Power hang clean
112.5kg for 2, 2, 2

After each set of cleans I did

Front squat
112.5kg for 2, 2, 2, 2

The extra fronties tired me out so I left it there

Curl and press
14 to 36 doubles, in 4kg jumps as I was nackered and had no time

160kg for 5

First 2 sets hook grip, threw straps on for the 3rd as the skin was iffy

Btn jerk
140kg for 2
130kg for 2, 2, 2, 2, 140 waz easy enough, just thought I'd be cautious as I've not done them in ages

The light squats tues and thurs made all the difference with my squats today, so much more mobile
