He is a very nice chap though and wouldn't of wanted to hurt your feelings

but I'm sure they're improving

you training this weekend? Toting with the idea of a sun squat session as I'm night shift Mon and need to do 160/2x2 at some point

Nah man, prolly about 3/4 of them were patient with the pull until you started extending your hips, the rest were early (one because your knee sleeve was caught) and when they were early you hit the bar out in front so had to play catch up (which means you are using your hips). I thought they looked snappy, and your back was definitely straight when you set up. Drew's just mad jelly of your gains, he needs to get on dat dere power sugar.

Speaking of which: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xylitol so basically he's selling sweet laxative which is good for your teeth?

I do wrestlers bridges, great fun, and no set up so I can move quickly between them and roll outs
