12reps PB! Think my previous best waz 9
+15kgs for 2reps, only rested long enough to put the weight on my waist

Curl and press
10kg to 34kg, doubles on each 2kg jump, no rest, 34s were easy!

The first roast was really splendid

I spent all weekend gone eating things like cheese toasties. It's taken til this morning for the carb bloat to go back down to normal

2 12 hour days in a row knocked 2kgs off my weight, pretty tired

137.5kgs for 6sets of 1, dropped the last one before I stood up because I couldn't be bothered, all easy though
Setted with
Power clean
115kgs for 6sets of 1, had to wear straps due to calluses coming off, these felt great could have done them all morning. Extra bit of hip mobility is giving me a far preferable start position

Come to think of it, I doubt ive ever power cleaned more than bodyweight before

Oh and I push pressed the last rep of cleans, my form has gotten better without doing it
