I'm working near Manchester airport now and haven't trained for a few weeks. I'm a wee bit worried about this due to friends and familiy making the odd comment along the lines of, and I quote: "Hey Phill, You don't smell quite so lemony fresh as usual" If not I'll try and get to adders on the weekend. | ||

Wythenshawe park (formerly the forum) is located withing the grounds of Wythenshawe park athletics facilities. West Wythy WLC is within West Wyth youth club just off Moor road. Wyth park training starts from 7 ish usually. West Wyth training starts from about 4. | ||

(I think directly off Wythenshawe road) ps spoke to the guy who runs West Wythy WLC yesterday. He's on holiday next week, so if you dont make it this week bare it in mind. | ||

Rugbys back on now so I guess I'll only be gymming one or twice a week, so if any of these places do a pay as you go that would be sweet as a nut. | ||
