Well i've got fed up of this pain in my back so went to see the docs at work today. All he did was give me streachs to do and said not to do any lifting.
I can't see this lasting long

Not training lasted one missed session. Although i did run with the dogs monday and teusday.

No pain in my back as i've been do loads of stretching and im trying to use a wider stance. Will take a bit of getting used to but if it means less back pain then all the better.

The crappy bench is so high it forces me to arch even whin i dont want to and is quite unstable but these felt very easy

Normal pull ups, curls and dips to finsih off.

The wife has decided to lose weight and I need to do more cardio again so 30 mins running for me with her on the push bike
