FTOH Warm up 60x3 70x3 80x3 90x3 100x3 105x3 102.5x3 Light squats Warm up with bar then 60 90x10 105x5,5,5 No pain in my back as i've been do loads of stretching and im trying to use a wider stance. Will take a bit of getting used to but if it means less back pain then all the better. Bench Press Warm ups 90x3 95x3 102.5x3,3,3 The crappy bench is so high it forces me to arch even whin i dont want to and is quite unstable but these felt very easy Normal pull ups, curls and dips to finsih off. | ||

Jeeeesssuss that was hard work | ||
