Won't lie it is way down on our to do list at present. Dan is offshore for a couple of weeks and offline too. TBH with the medley it will be made up on the day once we actually get access to the sports hall in the morning. We have a selection of tyres to choose from (300-400kg+) which all get flipped for between sets of 5-10 reps easy enough during training. Sandbags will be between 100-120kg. We have 3 to play with. All other event weights are set and in the opening post of this thread. I look forward to receiving your entry form soon. | ||

Member 406, 107 posts | Wooden stone platform arrived today. Will be putting it through testing in the gym ahead of the contest. Current height is 4ft. This may vary slightly depending on the amount of protection we have to put on the venue floor on the day. Pictures available on the contest FB group page. 9 competitors confirmed so far.
