Spectator entry fee: Adults: £3 Children: £1 Food and refreshments available throughout the contest. Weigh-in available on Friday 10th between 2pm - 6pm. Please note this will be at Spartan Performance, Unit 1B Linden Park, Consett, Co Durham, DH8 6SZ. Weigh-in available on Saturday 11th between 9am-10am ONLY. This will take place at the venue itself. Events: 1) Log Lift: 115kg x maximum reps in 75 seconds. Floor to overhead each rep. Head to head. 2) Farmers Walk: 130kg each hand x 40m. Drop and turn at 20m. 60 secs. Head to Head. 3) Deadlift: 250kg x maximum reps in 75 seconds. Belt and straps allowed. No suits. No sumo. We are still purchasing the kit, hence no specifics. We will then test it out before releasing anything firmer. Dan Cave is deciding the events. Once he decides then we will post up.
