85kg log for reps

180 deadlifts for reps (head 2 head)- staps allowed

250kg yoke over 20 metres

100k farmers walk 40m

180k duck walk for 20m followed by a 3.5 ton van drag for 20m


Entry fee £15

all money go to a charity called headstart for babies. It will be free to attend but we are trying to raise as much money as possible, so we will be passing a bucket around so make sure you have plenty of change.

10.30am start

hiya bud, the list that was kept at the gym was binned, alot of people at the gym showed interest then when it came to the crunch (paying) no one bothered... pm your details fella and i will get your name down asap.

hey rich if you need to borrow any kit just drop me a line

i always wait until i have peoples money before i put their names down it weeds out the wannabes

is there a cap on number of entries? i know a couple of guys looking at doing this and names on down yet and dont want them to miss out.

as its for charity bud, the more the merrier. I just dont want it to drag on all day. So will see when it gets to 25? trying to sort an extra van for the drag so that can be head to head aswell. So as to get everything done faster..
