Member 5964, 573 posts SQ 240, BP 160, DL 265665.0 kgs @ 99kgs UnEq | Deadlift 112.5kg x 5 135kg x 3 157.5kg x 2 170kg x 14 Lower back was a little iffy going in so did a nice thorough warmup and it started feeling a lot better. 170 felt like nothing Pause squat 120kg 3 sets of 10 First 2 sets felt off, turned around on the final set so I wasn't facing the mirror and it was loads better. Hip flexors are feeling very tight though, think I need to start stretching them Frame carry (using trapbar) 60kg x 25m 110kg x 25m 160kg x 25m 200kg x 25m Did these round a circular track, so no drops. Weight felt easy but the turns were really hard T-bar row 50kg x 15 75kg 3 sets of 12 Lat pulldown 115kg 4 sets of 12 Facepulls 100lbs 3 sets of 15 Project get a massive upper back is still well & truly ago | ||

Bench press 90kg 4 sets of 8 90kg x 16 - 1st & last 3 reps paused Monster DB press 20kg x 8 each arm 35kg x 6 45kg x 5 45kg 2 sets of 4 Seated shoulder press 60kg 4 sets of 12 DB flies 15kg's x15 20kg's 3 sets of 10 Lateral raises 15kg's 4 sets of 15 Think I'm going to enter Black Country's strongest man, apart from the pressing medley the events look alright for me. I'll have to be working my pressing very hard the next couple of months if I want a chance at the 120kg log, never mind the 120kg axle or 70kg dumbbell afterwards | ||
