Nothing amazing compared to some of the freaks I've seen on this forum but I was happy with the lifts nonetheless! No belt, straps or wraps either...any feedback is always appreciated

Yea we did, need to work on some rack deadlifts to get rid of that hitching!

Strong lifting, how ever if your a powerlifter that deadlift isn't a 1rm pb. You couldn't complete the lift without the hitching and it would have had 3 reds in every fed

Cheers bud...not a powerlifter, more of Powerbuilder, I train for vanity and also like to be strong! 220kg flew up without a hitch, just 230kg and 240kg didnt...
